Authorisations

The purpose of Online authorisations The verification that funds are available and secure for both the seller and buyer of an item is to allow you to authorise Verifying the funds are available to complete a transaction any transaction 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Select Member Services tab in the left blue navigation bar

2. Select Authorisations

3. Enter the appropriate details of the transaction:

a. Customer Card Number

b. Merchant's Account Number

c. Amount of purchase

d. Transaction currency

4. Select Continue

5. Write the authorisation number onto the transactional voucher
