What happens if my card number has changed?

A.

When you originally register onto the Bartercard Members Trading Portal, you register with your Bartercard card number.

 

If during the course of business, this card number changes (if the card is cancelled, stolen, lost or expired), then you will need to notify internet support  (internet.support@bartercard.com) advising of your registered username and your new card number.
