Personal Details

Personal Details allows you to update your registered information when you move or change contact details.  It is important to keep these up to date as information from this area is displayed on transactional emails.

 

1. Select Member Services from the left blue navigation bar

 

2. Select My Details

 

3. As a default, the personal details information appears

 

4. To edit your details, select Edit Details

 

5. Change personal details as required

 

6. Select Save Changes

 

Note:  When you change your personal details make sure to contact your Local Head Office so they can also update your records.
