Can I withdraw a bid I made on an Auction item? |

When a Bidder places a bid on the Auction, they are entering into an agreement that (pending the sale being successful) they will purchase the item. Bids, including Proxy bids cannot therefore be retracted or altered in any way.

Before placing a bid, the bidder has the opportunity to undertake due diligence and contact the seller by clicking on their username and sending an email request. It is the responsibility of the bidder to complete their own satisfactory due diligence.
When placing a bid, the bidder is informed of their obligations of entering into a legally binding contract, and before a bid is uploaded to the Auction, the bidder has the opportunity to Preview their bid for any errors.
Consequently, a bid placed is done so with the responsibility resting entirely with the bidder. |
