What do I do If I have not received the product/s I have purchased from the Website? |

If the item has not been delivered within 10 days nationally or 15 days internationally, a dispute needs to be lodged online within 30 days.
If you have not already received the Sellers contact details you will be provided with them.
Please supply your Trade Co-ordinator with all the necessary information to enable them to assist you, such as a copy of the auction or eMarketPlace email and a written explanation of your dispute.
