What do I do if the product I received is not the same as what was advertised on the website? |

Goods may be found to be misrepresentative if the goods received are not the same as stated in the listing.
If you believe a product has been misrepresented a dispute needs to be lodged online within 30 days.
Ensure you supply all the necessary information to enable Bartercard to assist you, such as a copy of the auction email and an explanation of the inconsistencies with your item.
It is extremely important that if you wish to purchase items on the site you ask any questions about the item BEFORE placing a bid.
The seller may be emailed by clicking on their username in the listing. If you do not receive a satisfactory response to any emails sent, it is suggested that you do not bid.
