I purchased/bid on an item from another country and did not realise, how do I retract the purchase/bid? |

If you have bid on/purchased an international product and did not know, the bid/purchase is not retractable as stated in term 6.1 of the Terms and Conditions that govern the site. 6.1 Bids/Purchases are made by the Bidder clicking Buy Now or Bid Now. You as a User acknowledge that bids and purchases are irrevocable acceptances of the Merchants conditions; therefore a bid/purchase once made is not retractable or able to be cancelled.
It is important that you find out all the required information including currency, item, and location before placing a bid.
Listings are placed in the currency of the seller. The currency is denoted by the country's three letter code which is found in front of the T symbol.
The location of the item can be found at the top of the listing in the section "Location". If you are unsure of the location that the product is in, it is important that you contact your Trade Co-ordinator before placing a bid or purchasing the product.
